Preview: the UWA cheat-sheet
Update: there is now a definitive URL for the UWA cheat-sheet.
Note: This post is about the preview version of the cheat-sheet. It has since been updated: you can read about it here.
We’ve been working on a nifty new, much-needed document for you, dear developers : a all-in-one, printable, quick reference to UWA’s basic skeleton and JavaScript methodes/properties/events/extensions – in other words, what we call a cheat-sheet.
Hot off the press, we present you with the first iteration of this UWA cheat-sheet: grab the PDF file here!
Astute readers might notice that the bulk of it is in French. Indeed, this version will be printed for participants to the UWA workshop that we are holding on the third of the French ParisWeb 2007 conference. So, in French it is for now.
But fear not: the definitive version will be available in both English and French – and even more if you are willing to help us with translating it in your own language! UPDATE: now also available in English!
Also, we hope the bits in French won’t prevent your from getting the gist of the whole thing. And therefore, to tell us what you think
Download it, read it, print it, use it, tell us what you think. We’d like it to be a must-have tool for UWA developers, so let us know what you expect from a UWA cheat-sheet, and we’ll iterate some more until we find the tipping point between usefulness and too much content.
